Privacy Policy
How Utilaxy handles browser-side tools, local storage, Cloudflare security, and privacy-first analytics.
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Utilaxy handles information when you visit the site, use our tools, or contact us.
Utilaxy is designed around browser-side processing. The tools available today process your inputs locally in your browser unless a specific tool page clearly says otherwise.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact us at support@utilaxy.com.
What We Process
Tool inputs and files
Most tools run entirely in your browser. Text, files, images, PDFs, and other inputs you add to those tools are not uploaded to Utilaxy servers. Your browser may keep temporary data in memory while the tool is open, and files available to download are created on your device.
Hosting, security, and traffic data
We use Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, performance, and security. Cloudflare may process standard request and security data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, approximate location, and security events.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site visits, popular pages, referrers, countries, browser/device information, and performance metrics. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising analytics.
Browser storage
Utilaxy stores favorites and recently used tools in your browser's local storage so the interface can show personalized shortcuts. This data stays in your browser and is not sent to Utilaxy servers.
Browser storage
Clear saved favorites and recent tools from this browser.
Support emails
If you email us, we receive the information you include, such as your email address, message, and any details needed to answer your request.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Utilaxy does not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security, bot management, load balancing, or similar infrastructure functions.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is used for privacy-friendly traffic measurement. It is not used for advertising profiles.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
operate and secure the website;
measure aggregate traffic and performance;
remember favorites and recent tools in your browser;
respond to support requests;
debug, maintain, and improve Utilaxy.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with ad networks.
We rely on Cloudflare as an infrastructure and analytics provider. If you contact us by email, your email provider and ours may process that communication as part of normal email delivery.
Retention
Favorites and recent tools remain in your browser until you clear them or your browser deletes them. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and maintain reasonable records. Cloudflare logs and analytics are retained according to Cloudflare's service settings and policies.
Your Choices and Rights
You can clear saved favorites and recent tools using the button above or manage browser storage through your browser settings. Contact us at support@utilaxy.com to ask about access, correction, deletion, objection, or other privacy rights that may apply in your location.
Because Utilaxy does not use accounts, we may have limited information that can identify you directly.
Age Restrictions
Utilaxy is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Utilaxy changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date above.
