Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-01

Terms for using Utilaxy's browser-based utility tools.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Utilaxy (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Utilaxy provides browser tools for everyday tasks involving text, documents, images, development, and productivity.

The tools available today are designed to process inputs locally in your browser unless a specific tool page clearly says otherwise. The Service is currently provided free of charge, but we may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of it.

3. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for the files, text, or other content you process with it. You must only use Utilaxy for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the rights of others.

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing activity;

  • interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;

  • bypass security, rate limits, or access controls;

  • use automated access in a way that harms performance or availability;

  • process content that you do not have the right to use.

4. Intellectual Property

Utilaxy and its original content, interface, features, code, and branding are owned by Utilaxy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You keep ownership of your own files, text, and other inputs. Because supported tools process inputs locally in your browser, Utilaxy does not claim ownership over those inputs or generated outputs.

5. Tool Output and Backups

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Utilaxy tools may contain errors, browser limitations, format incompatibilities, or unexpected behavior.

The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, security, or other professional advice. You should keep backups of important files before using any tool.

6. Third-Party Infrastructure

Utilaxy depends on third-party infrastructure, including Cloudflare, browsers, operating systems, and network providers. Their availability, security systems, or technical limits may affect the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not warrant that the tools will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utilaxy and its developers, partners, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Translations

These Terms may be translated into other languages. If a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
